Discreet by default
Much of our work is conducted under confidentiality obligations. We do not publicise client relationships; references are provided privately, with client consent, during procurement.
Ironvale Global Solutions exists for a specific kind of client: institutions whose records are not merely operational data, but obligations — to law, to history and to the people those records concern.
Most of the world's consequential information still lives on paper, in formats that decay, in buildings that flood, indexed — if at all — in the memories of people who retire. When an institution cannot find its own records, it cannot answer to the public, to courts, or to its own future.
Ironvale was founded to close that gap: to give institutions a single, permanent, governed home for everything they know, and the means to turn it into clear, defensible reporting.
Nothing we do may compromise the integrity, provenance or availability of a client's records. Every technical and operational decision is subordinate to that rule.
Records, metadata, audit trails and derived outputs belong to the client — always, contractually, and in practice. Our platform is custody, never capture.
Claims about quality, security and delivery are made in forms a client can verify: audit logs, acceptance criteria, inspection rights and independent testing.
We design for statutory retention periods measured in decades. Formats, architecture and commercial terms are chosen for durability, not fashion.
Built to be judged by boards, auditors
and the decades ahead.
